By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

  • Travel organizers

  • Sponsors and advertisers

This Policy does not govern the privacy practices of independent third parties, including travel organizers or Endvr Brand, LLC, which operate under their own privacy policies.

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual. It does not include information that has been de-identified or aggregated such that it cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

A. Users / Travelers

When you create an account or interact with the Platform, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • General location (city/state)

B. Organizers

When you apply to list experiences on the Platform, we may collect:

  • Business name

  • Contact name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Employer Identification Number (EIN)

Organizer business names and brand identities may be publicly displayed on the Platform. Personal contact details are not publicly displayed.

C. Sponsors and Advertisers

When sponsors or advertisers submit inquiries or partnership requests, we may collect:

  • Business name

  • Contact name

  • Business email address

  • Phone number

This information is collected solely for business communication and partnership purposes.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Platform, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address

  • Device type, browser type, and operating system

  • Pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions

This information is collected using tools such as Google Analytics and similar technologies.

3.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

5. Merchandise and Third-Party Commerce

Certain merchandise, including apparel and branded products displayed or promoted on the Platform, is owned, sold, and fulfilled by third-party entities, including Endvr Brand, LLC, a separate legal entity.

  • BTGS Global, LLC is not the merchant of record for merchandise purchases

  • Payments, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and refunds are handled by Endvr Brand, LLC

  • BTGS does not store or process payment card information

Information related to merchandise purchases may be shared with Endvr Brand, LLC solely to facilitate those transactions. Endvr Brand’s data practices are governed by its own privacy policy.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • To service providers that perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics)

  • To affiliates under common ownership or control

  • To Endvr Brand, LLC for merchandise-related transactions only

  • To comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests

  • To protect the rights, safety, and integrity of BTGS, our users, or the Platform
